The low-speed maglev train has so many features as safe and comfortable,strong climbing ability, low cost, low noise and small the environmental impact . It is very suitable for the city transport in the volume . Vigorously developing Maglev urban rail transport is of great significance to solve the traffic problems in China's large cities. At present, city magnetic levitation rail construction has not regulate traffic. In order to improve urban transport capacity and vigorously develop city maglev rail traffic. Construction plan to establishment norms of city Maglev rail traffic. This study can provide a scientific basis.This study using comparative analysis of research methods, summed up the method how the urban rail transport lines planar magnetic levitation technology determining through analysing the differences of low-speed maglev train and in the low-speed wheel-rail trains. The minimum curve radius is determined by track beam transverse and centrifugal acceleration . Three parabolic curve easing is choiced . Easing curve length is determined by wang slope angle reverse rate and lateral acceleration time-varying rate . Minimum linear folder, folder circular curve is determined by the train vibration cycle . This study has calculated these design parameters.This study also studied the vehicle dynamics of the low-speed maglev train . According to the Southwest Jiaotong University maglev vehicle dynamics model, analysised the force of the vehicle through the plane curve. Having derived the equations of motion .Simulation calculation the line Parameters by conputer ccording to equation, preparating the calculation procedures using C++. Through the line parameter calculation, verifing the calculation method is correct and line parameter is reasonable.
