In the past ten years, Brain-and-Cognition science had increasingly become the research hot point in the world. In this field, the problem that cerebral cortex response area orientation to stimulation is one of study content mainly. Study indicates that animal cerebral cortex response area blood circulation changes clearly after animal is stimulated, and the nerve basic excitation, tissue metabolizable energy and part blood circulation at the cortex response area will arose cerebral cortex temperature change. So, measuring cerebral cortex temperature can reflect triumphantly cortex blood circulation changes. According to up-to-date study result,there is not carrying out direct measurement mature method on the parameter at home and abroad at present, focusing on observing cortex blood circulation information by 128-conduction electroencephalograph and medical imaging means such as CT , MRI. In recent years, there has appeared the method that making use of the infrared imaging technology to monitor the cortex temperature changes. But measurement temperature absolute error is big by this method, and cost is on the high side.The major objective of the dissertation is to designing special measure system that is used for real-time monitoring the animal cerebral cortex temperature. It bases on infrared measure temperature principal and be able to measure the cerebral cortex temperature directly and accurately, reaches to aim of measuring directly cerebral cortex blood circulation changes, affords credible accurate monitoring means to the orientation of cerebral cortex function area in the Brain-and-Cognition science.This paper includes four parts: First, we have introduced hardware design and realization of the monitor system, including the overall thought of hardware design and how to choose the main hardware parts, how to control them and so on. Second, we have introduced software design, including the overall thought of software design, software development environment and main buttons software responds flow chart analysis in human-computer interaction interface. Third, we have introduced three experiments for testing monitor system complete machine capability, and the test result indicates that this monitor system be able to realize completely incipient design parameter demands. Last, we make the farther conclusion and expectation for the realization and perfection of the measure system.
