The development of new engine faces challenge to improve the performance of power, economic and exhaust of emission. The high energy ignition can improve speed of burn and make combustion enough by increase ignition energy greatly including temperature, magnetic field and electric field. It can reform performance of engine across-the-aboard. It is to make for the form of spark and then to enlarge the combustion's limit of mixture fuel gas by increasing energy of ignition and widening clearance of spark plug and prolonging the durative time of spark. The strong spark energy can guarantee the fast generation of flame nuclear and no flameout.The lean combustion of engine is an effective approach to meet the increasingly strict rule of exhaust emission and decrease fuel consumption at the same time. To realize lean combustion in different condition is the best way to increase economic performance and reach internal clearance and decrease exhaust of CO and C grain. The lean combustion technology is one of important development ways of internal combustion engine technology. It is very difficult to ignite the lean fuel mixture by routine mode of ignition. The high energy ignition can do it. The high energy ignition can increase A/F coefficient and facilitate the combustion of lean fuel mixture. It is the key to realize lean combustion.The main work of this research is to improve the ignition energy of single cylinder gasoline greatly and make it stable and adjustable.Aiming at this purpose of the research, we divide the research into two steps as below:1. Analyzing and computing the factor for raising the ignition energyThe size of the ignition energy is relate to the advantage of the motorcycle's motivation,economy and exhausting. First of all , the primary windings of the motorcycle ignition circuit is analyzed, which provides the theories foundation for further controlling the ignition energy .2. Developing the high energy ignition testing equipment for single cylinder gasoline.Based on DC-CDI principle to develop the high energy ignition testing equipment for single cylinder gasoline and make it stable and adjustable.3. Using C600 energy testing system to check the high energy ignition testing equipment for guaranteeing it can reach the design aim.
