Research On Problem Of Rainfall And Runoff Variation Trend In Panjiakou Reservoir

Water resources is very absent in my country, average volume of everyone is only 900m3 taking out difficultly available storm runoff and groundwater of remote area. People have been excessively exploited groundwater for delaying tense situation of water resources for a long time, and so cause much accident, such as ground sinkage, building crack and seawater converse etc, the behavior has destroyed environmental ecological balanceIn recently years, water crisis come forth ceaselessly with the rapidly economic development and population'exploding'increase. Panjiakou reservoir as waterhead of Luan to Tianjin water transferring, its water resources has arisen change and inflow volume has decreased, so Tianjin city actualized four times water transferring from yellow river during 2000 to 2005.Based on the idea of resources water and ecological water, and by combined practical situation of Panjiakou reservoir, changing trend was researched about the rainfall-runoff in the drainage. In addition, the factors were analyzed about the trend. The main research contents are as following:(1) On the base of analyzing the river distribution, eight sub-drainages were summarized that could cover with whole drainage. The trend of rainfall and runoff was analyzed depending on selecting the typical measure station and collecting fundamental data.(2) The author presented Mann-Kendall correlation checkout and linear slippage average according to previous studies, and analyzing the trend of the rainfall and the runoff by applying to the methods.(3) Wavelet analysis was introduced to the research of the rainfall and the runoff series. It has very powerful multi-scale function, and could identify different frequency series. Its low frequency series indicate the variation trend of the hydrologic series, so the trend of the rainfall and the runoff could be shown.(4) By the variation trend of the runoff in the drainage, the changed cause of inflow runoff was discussed primarily in aspects of rainfall, social development, water resources exploitation and evaporation etc. The results of this paper provided the basis for the exploitation and the utilization of the water resources.
