The emphasis affairs of state focus on the problem of energy. With the development of the increasing energy consumption, energy-saving of architecture becomes the hotspot of energy-saving job, while the enormous potential part presents in the existing dwellings. For decreasing the energy consumption of existing dwellings, it is a colligate techno-reform way suitable for the situation of our country, as it does not only economize amount of reset fund, but also gets over the wanting of energy while blocking the growing economy. In the first, the author points out the problem in energy-saving rebuilding process after introducing the measures in home and overseas. In order to avoid the losing of heat owing to inappropriate design and regulation, author offers a manner as installing water-mixing pump in the entrance of the building, which is a"larger flux, less difference in temperature, lower temperature"heat supplying way.Based on theory of gravity circle and mechanical circle, the thesis enters into the minimal flux demanding for circulation of heating of the actual building. The thesis selects one building in Tianjin area, tests the variety of actual flux using ultrasonic flow-meter after installing the water-mixing pump, and records temperature in typical chambers using temperature recording meter. Based on the data, the author simulates the temperature of those typical chambers using energy-plus software, and sums up the suitable water-mixing proportion scope demanding for heating quality. In conclusion, in allusion to the water-mixing pump measure, the thesis analyses both existing dwellings in according to the static invest-recycle economical evaluation, in order to validate the feasibility and huge potential of water-mixing pump stalling in energy-saving work.
