Nowadays china is undergoing unparalleled infrastructural construction time in a grand scale.Every big or moderate city is implementing urban planning,doing urban reconstruction and rectifying unwarrantable architecture.Building movement is vital for reasonable and effective urban rectification.Moreover building movement has obvious economical benefit,social benefit and environmental protection benefit.Building movement engineering is becoming more and more in our country,but movement technology is very immature.Correlative study work is focus on design and construction methods of building movement.Although design formula about traction has been put out,and dynamic analysis of building has been done,and construction methods and inspection measures have been studied,and traction devices have been developed and state patents on building movement have been gained,forces imposed on joint and design methods about joint of building movement underpinning structures have not been thoroughly studied.Based on ago study achievements,in the paper some work was done aiming at existent problems in design and construction of building movement underpinning structures,meanwhile,combing real engineering examples.Firstly,design methods and design theories of each underpinning structure in building movement engineering were introduced and summarized systemically,and calculation diagrams of underpinning structures design were developed,then design methods and design theories of underpan style underpinning systems were validated combining real engineering.As a result,the design methods about building monolithic movement brought in the paper were proved to be safety,economical and practical.Sencondly,experiments on the spot of typical underpinning joint of building movenet engineering in Lai WU high-tech new region committee were introduced,and experimental results and experimental phenomena were analyzed,and force behaviors of the joint were elementary discussed,then some useful reference date were afforded for engineering design.Thirdly,according to force behaviors of underpinning joint in building movement engineering,static force analysis of the joint were done in ANSYS which is an universal finite element analysis software.After comparative analysises were done between simulation results and experiment results,the simulation results were proved equivalent to experiment results.Finally,constuction problems in movement engineering were analyzed in detail,and construction processes of wall or post underpinning in building movment were developed, then constuction management measures of underpinning structures in building movement engineering were put forward.
