| This paper according to the current situation of domestic household heat pump air conditioner increasing along with the improvement of the quality of people's life of living demanding more hot water which consumes vast quantities of energy and causes pollution of the environment, put forward the recycling of household heat pump air conditioner condensing heat technology solutions , and the air conditioning condensing heat recovery will be used to heat the indoor life hot water, the technology can not only save large amount of energy, but also can reduce the pollution of the environment, accomplish truly energy conservation and environmental protection. According to the technology solutions design the the heat pump air conditioner with domestic hot water supply, and to a finished product heat pump air conditioner reformation built the test model. The test model has five operation mode, namely Cooling&Water-Heating mode, Cooling-Only mode, Water-Heating-Only mode, Heating&Water-Heating mode and Heating-Only mode, and realize year running of the test model, multi-usage, improve the utilization ratio of equipment.Design the process of the test prototype, and take designing calculation among the experimental prototype's each parts of match, after the design calculation assembly test model and design the experiment plan, according to the experimental scheme do some related properties's experiment, such as test the feasibility and reliability in each mode of the test model. The experimental results show that the test model recycling the air conditioning condensing heat using for hot water heating's process design is feasible,the test model can be stable and reliable operated for a long time. And the test model also has the advantage of energy saving, and a high comprehensive performance coefficient. Therefore, in this paper the design with hot water supply of the heat pump air conditioner is a new practical products that can meet the country's energy conservation policies, and give life convenient.Due to the experimental condition and the time limit, the experiment still has some shortcomings, and at the same time, the test model accessories also need more detailed design, optimization of the matching among them, and improve its control technology, make the test model can be more efficient and stable operation. But the purpose of this essay is to test and verify the technical solution of recycling the air conditioning condensing heat, to lay the foundation for the producibility and marketization of the heat pump air-condition with hot water supply in the future, and offer reference for future research and development of such products. |
