| Digitalized, network based and intelligent production have became an abundant tide in the industry, and have been applied preliminarily in the process control of the automobile spot welding manufacture. And it becomes the main trend of future development.Since its introduction in 1986, LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench) has been used widely in various areas,such as data acquisition, process monitor, instrument control, automatic testing etc, because of its strong functions in network communication, data acquisition, data analysis, etc. In this paper, Ethernet technology and LabVIEW are utilized to seamlessly combine production technology management and welding automation, which makes the networking and digitalization of welding production management.In this system , the function of network communication is used to develop an application software that could manage production process of automobile spot welding, and the application software bears powerful network communication function, which lays an essential foundation for the long-distance monitoring of automobile body manufacture. The triple increasing by degrees framework is adopted in the application software to simplify the implementation of reuse .The main interface offers the entrance of all function modules, and it is convenient to be manipulated, therefore, the system has realized the communications of every modules perfectly.Firstly, the TCP/IP communication protocol is applied in this system to found a communication program between a single chip computer and a personal computer, according to requests of the system design, the program modules of reading ,writing etc. has been completed, which lays a foundation for the communication between multi– single chip computers and a personal computer.Secondly, multithread technique and module technique that make operating system to deal with multi-tasks at one time are adopted in the system for communication between multi- single chip computers and a personal computer, therefore, the program not only increases efficiency, but also enhances the reuse of program modules. The program as the key of the system is consist of three modules: listening module, uploading data module, downloading data module., which could implement every functions finely, and ensures the data transfer reliably and true, at the same time, it also can carry out else other functions , such as the management of database.Finally, LabVIEW SQL Toolkit software is used to write data save program, the valuable data extracted from the data which are sent by single chip computer are kept in database, at the same time, by using that software packet, the conserved data can be inquired, analyzed and handled, and also can create report form which can be printed.A series of experiments shows that the design scheme and software are feasible, the proposed and the correctness of the programs made by the author, and the expected goal and perfect effect have been achieved. |
