Precision centrifuge is a test equipment of inertial navigation which is used for calibrating characteristics of accelerometer with high-overloading. When precision centrifuge is working, the posture of it's out-ring axis needs to be adjusted by turning the gear. If the gear meshing force keeps in an excessive level, it will be seriously reduce the gear service life but if the gear meshing force is too small, it will not be able to lock the posture of its out-ring axis, and the precision of the gear is changing after the changes of the gear meshing force. During the same time when precision centrifuge is working, the four tension rods will be operated by means of centrifugal forces from both the precision end and the environment end, and if we fail to balance these forces in two directions, the arm of precision centrifuge manufactured by carbon material will be operated by means of imbalance load from the parts which are built on the tension rods, it will seriously reduce the service life of the arm of precision centrifuge. Based on these two purposes above-mentioned, we designed the unloading system in precision centrifuge.The unloading system of the precision centrifuge is composed of unloading measurement system and unloading control system. Data acquisition, data analysis and disposal, unloading imbalance calculation compose the unloading measurement system. Resistance strain transducers are selected as the measuring transducer of the data acquisition system, which are used to measure the pressure from both the precision end and the environment end to the up-gear, then they change the pressure signals into voltage signals, intensify the voltage signals, at last these analog signals will be changed into digital signals and sent to the computer for analysis Data analysis and disposal is done by a computer program, at the time when this program finds that the unloading system is unbalance by analysis the data from the force measuring transducers, the computer program should calculate the imbalance load and then pass it to the unloading control system to take care of. Unloading control system consists of digital controller, the signal processing circuit, the implementing agency, feedback device and other components. When the unloading control system digital controller receives the control signals from the unloading measurement system, then control system changes the digital control signals into analog control signals through the output signal processing circuit, and the analog control signals are used to drive the implementing electromotor which the unloading balancing block move with. At the same time, controller read the position signals of the unloading balancing block through the input signal processing circuit, which is used to adjust the output control signals, these make up a closed loop control system. In this way, the gear meshing force satisfies the requirement of precision centrifuge unloading system by move the unloading balancing block, and the precision centrifuge unloading system achieves balance when it is working.
