With the development of the auto electronic control technology, the security and reliability of the electronic control units have been paid more attention. In the application of the window control system, the anti-pinch arithmetic to the security has developed rapidly. Simultaneity, in the diagnose field to ensure the reliability, the diagnose technology based on CAN network has also developed rapidly.The anti-pinch window control algorithm and diagnostic communication method are researched in this thesis. The algorithm based on H_∞filter and fault detection is proposed, simultaneously, the network structure and function are analyzed in detail. At last the method to diagnostic software's design, development and test is discussed.Firstly, to reduce the impact of the vibration, measure disturbance to the anti-pinch detection, a arithmetic based on H_∞filter is proposed. A best restrain from the disturbance to the state estimation error is achieved according to the performance index of the H_∞norm. Through the comparison between the torque rate which is one of the state chosen and the threshold, whether a pinch event has been occurred can be determined. The result of the simulation and experiment shows that this arithmetic can detect the pinch event exactly and rapidly and can eliminate the vibration effectively.Secondly to reduce the influence of the supply voltage and the disturbance, arithmetic based on fault detection is proposed. In this algorithm the pinch torque is considered as a fault. A residual is generated. In normal state, the residual is a constant. When a fault occurs, it will be changed apart from the constant. According to this we can detect whether the pinch event occurs. The simulation shows that this algorithm can detect the pinch event exactly and rapidly and can restrain the vibration and voltage floating effectively.Last, the structure of the network of the fault diagnose communication program is analyzed. Complete the analysis and designing of the time management, error disposal, service quote and management.
