Study On Green Residential Community Construction And Environmental Management System

With the development of era, the demand for in habitation of human being is not only protecting from wind and rain. Especially in the 21th century, human beings begin to care environment and the relation between human being and the nature. The questions about the pollution of environment, the waste of energy and the scarcity of resource, and so on, that is the heating problem that human being care. The whole press of human being activity is surrounding production and living, but today with the increasing self-awareness of human being, the living of human being stands a much more significant place. Here, we hope that we can adequately satisfy the needs of human being on inhabitation (namely: safety, comfort and convenience), on the other hand, we also hope that we can deal with the relation between human being and nature well(namely: protecting environment, saving energy and ecology).In view of serious environmental impact in construction and operation of domestic residential community, this paper aims to set up a set of environmental management system, including the goal system, for green residential community developing. After discussing on the meanings and the characteristic of green residential community, the new conception of green residential community and the environmental goal system based on the conditions of China is put forward. On the base of these, the paper constructs the evaluating system of the green ecological residential quarter, and unifies the evaluating standard of the green ecological residential quarter, through the building of the target system. Besides breaking down it through the life cycle and the participators. In addition set up the environmental management system (EMS) of the real estate enterprise according to ISO 14000.At the end of this paper, a green residential Wan Ke Community, a example of green residential community set up by the Ministry of Construction, is been assessed as a case. According to the example, the text definitudes their trust in the building of the green ecological residential quarter from the government, empolder quotient, and furthest assures health development of the green ecological residential quarter according with the situation of our country. Today, human being pays attention to nature and health much more, these make the studying about the green ecological residential quarter to have far-reaching historic and realism meaning.
