Fans and pumps are widely used in industrial field. Huge power is consumed by them and much energy is wasted. If the speed adjustment technology is popularization, large benefits will be achieved.In this dissertation, many kinds of speed adjustable technology are analyzed. The problem of low power factor in traditional cascade speed drive system is considered, combine the situation of inner-feeding motor saving energy and adjusting speed ,adopted cascade speed drive technology in inner-feeding motor's rotor. inner-feeding cascade speed drive system with Chopper will be deeply studied in the dissertation.In addition to the principle of cascade speed drive system and inner-feed motor basic framework are introduced. Desiged inner-feeding cascade speed drive system with Chopper, to reduce the Reactive Power from Power System,advanced power factor, invert angle of Inverter is fixed on least, adopted PWM technology, The motor speed is adjusted by controlling the occupation of Chopper. Slip output power of motor's rotor comes by Rectifier, Chopper and Inverter returns to adjusting windings of Inner-feeding motor,Shorten the energy cycle, Without transformer loss, so advanced efficiency of speed regulation and power factor and reduced harmonics;according with project designing methods,designed rotate speed and current double loop regulators;set up mathematical model of Inner-feeding motor; the chopper circuit and whole inner-feeding cascade speed drive system are simulated analysed in Simulink of MATLAB, discovered that existing linear relationship between occupation of Chopper and rotate speed. Practice shows that inner-feeding cascade speed drive system with Chopper has better control effect and remarkable energy-saving effect, it is a potential speed regulation technology.
