| This paper presents a new adjustable speed system, i.e,.inter-feeding cascade system and inter-feeding motor that applied in this adjustable speed system. We show its important application in the saving energy regulating speed of the centrifugal pump and fan drive and set up the mathematical model of the this motor and simulation. The construction of the inter-feeding motor is the same as the common wound induction. Due to the existence of the regulation winding, in this speed adjustment system, the inverter transformer is avoided. Therefore the system has a low losses and simple equipment so that the efficiency of the system is increased and the cost is also decreased; DC chopper of the main circuit adopt a new power switching device IGBT, which has advantages such as high chopping frequency and low drive voltage. So the power factor of the system can not only improve, but also can restrain harmonic. All these make this adjustable speed system widely useful prospect. The drivers of the IGBT chopper adopt ASIC EXBS41, which uses light coupler to insulate signal. It has high insulation voltage so as to meet the demand of the insulation and speediness. In the mean time the circuit is also largely simple. Furthermore it only need a single power supply and in its inter there is over-current protecting circuit. The inverter use FCOG3OD trigger which can put out a wide dephasing rang of the pulse. Particularly it can put out 1200 pulse, which meet the demand of the system. |
