| Dumper is efficient unloading special equipment used for the disposal coal, ores, chemicals and other bulk materials from the General uncovered railroad car. It is widely used in the power plant, metallurgical, chemical, port terminals and other basic industries. With the increasing of coal transportation in port, operating load of dumper is more heaviness, stress concentration maybe created at the welded of steel structure. Some cracks will emerge at stress concentration sites, with the cracks growth, the main structure will lead to fracture and cause grave accidents. According to statistics, the fatigue fracture damage is the total number of mechanical damage of 50%. Dynamic monitoring for stress condition of car dumper is an important countermeasure and is attached importance by application department of car dumper.In this paper, against the structural characteristics and load characteristics of car dumper, using modern engineering design and project analysis software CAE technology, establishing dumper actual status of the theoretical model, emulation of the movement of dumper in the process of overturn and stress state analysis of dumper rotor are done. This paper has rich contents in research, advanced methods. The abundant research content and advanced facility, and the research results have supplied a valuable data for the analyze and design of car dumper and other similar equipments.In this paper, C-dumper of the Huanghua Port Services Company has been studied. Based on careful study, discussion and checking of documentation, first, a 3D whole body parts and assembly are established with 3D modeling software. Then, Using ADAMS dynamic simulation software, we mock the movement of the main steel structure and identify the time course of loads on the principal organs for the finite element analysis. On this basis, in accordance with the physical environment of object investigated and mechanical properties, determine their various properties coefficient, initial conditions, boundary conditions and establish mechanical model of dumper rotor with the finite element analysis. Last, using FEA(finite element analysis) software module structure, calculate the rotor stress distribution at some typical conditions, identify high stress region and provide a theoretical basis for the realization of dumper stress condition monitoring. |
