To improve the design reliability of Car Dumper, taking the main structure of Car Dumper as studying object, this article corrects the finite element simulation of Car Dumper on the basis of actual testing and combining the analysis results of finite element. The main work contents include:1. Through symmetrically static and dynamic strength testing and loading spectrum test on the main structure of Car Dumper of a certain power plant, static and dynamic strength testing result curve of the main structure and the power spectrum of the platform of Car Dumper under three different operation cases are obtained. Through analyzing the test results, the load characteristic of Car Dumper is obtained, and the work grade for fatigue analysis of the main structure of Car Dumper is determined.2. According to the structural features of the main structure of Car Dumper, the actual structure is reasonably simplified. By utilizing I-deas software, the finite element model of the main structure of Car Dumper is established and through static analyzing to the definite element, the static analysis results at different rotating angles under corresponding operation cases are obtained. By model analysis and calculation on the main structure of Car Dumper, natural mode of vibration and mode shape of its 10 bands are obtained.3. Through comparing and analyzing the finite element simulating results and sectional test results of the Car Dumper, block test results and continuous test results, a correction program of dynamic amplification factor and secondary amplification factor is put forward to the finite element simulation loads.
