The thesis is based on the application in the power distributing network of the GIS and the development of Power Distribution Network Service Information System. The shortages of the classic manage system are analyzed in the thesis, the advantage of utilizing GIS to manage the power distributing network ard elaborated, and several GIS platforms as well as development methods are compared. The thesis establishes the Power Distribution Network geography data model whick is suitable for Power Distribution Network topology analysises and completes the Power Distribution Network map, and then has solved the Power Distribution Data fragmentation problem, also has realized the attribute data and the spatial data unified management.In the achievement of the system, the thesis has established the best emergency repair path analysis mathematical model, and unifies the Dijkastra algorithm to solve the best emergency repair path, then has solved the traditional Distribution Network to be unable solve the best emergency repair path problem through the topology structure map, finally has reduced the power cut time. The thesis uses the strategy which unify the Breadth First Searching Algorithm and the Depth First Searching Algorithm to realize single line diagram topology analysis, then has raised the analysis efficiency. The thesis improves the the Depth First Searching Algorithm by adding several algorithm terminal conditions and so on, finally has enhanced the speed of traceing power sources analysis. The thesis uses LSM to calculate Regression equation which is used in transformation from longitude latitude coordinates to the place coordinates, has solved coordinates transformation problem in moving locate. The thesis designs the searching algorithms, has realizes the simulation dispatch as well as the listed operation, has raised the search speed.The thesis writes codes through the interfaces provided by the arcobjects in visualization .NET development environment, and finally realizes the Power Distribution Network topology analysises, and then solved the GIS platform in the distribution network in the deeper level of the application.
