Research On The Method Of Inland ENC Correction Based On Measured Data

The inland ENC is an important technological base to realize modernization of China's navigation, which is an important component of China's digital channel building.The real-time correction of the inland ENC plays an important role in ensuring safe voyage of the ship. Compared to the correction based on the paper "Notice to Mariners", the correction based on the measured data with timely,accurate characteristics, which is carried with high degree of automation, too.This paper research a method to correct the inland ENC based on the measured data that is by using spatial database and GIS technology. The paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the prolegomenon, in which the backgrounds and significance of this research, the present situation of the inland ENC correction in the domestic and foreign context. Finally the framework of organization of this paper is introduced.The second chapter introduces the correction summary of the inland ENC.The third chapter designs the inland ENC database, introduces the spatial database engine ArcSDE and Geodatabase model, designs every kind of data sheet structure of inland ENC's spatial database.The fourth chapter designs and realizes the major function of the inland ENC correction system. This chapter introduces the overall structure of system and realizes methods of each functional module.The fifth chapter summaries the work of this paper and further work forecast.
