Research On Dynamic Cost Control Of BIM Technology In Construction General Contracting Projects

The construction general contracting mode project has the characteristics of large project volume,involving many specialties,strict schedule control and tight construction period,so the cost prediction accuracy is low,the cost control is difficult,and the cost settlement is complex.The visualization,coordination,simulation and optimization of BIM Technology play a great role in improving project construction quality,saving project construction cost and improving construction efficiency,and comprehensively improve the project management level.The introduction of BIM Technology provides a new technical support and management ideas for the construction general contracting enterprises in the dynamic cost control.However,the application of BIM Technology in the cost dynamic management and control of China's construction general contracting projects is still immature,and it is still in the initial stage of exploration and application research.There are still various difficulties in the comprehensive promotion of BIM Technology in China's construction projects.This paper selects BIM Technology as the research object in the cost dynamic management and control of the construction general contracting project,summarizes the current situation and management difficulties of the construction general contracting enterprise in the cost dynamic management and control through the literature research method,comparative analysis method and theoretical research method,and takes this as the breakthrough point,introduces the new BIM Technology,and expounds the cost dynamic management and control measures in each stage of the construction general contracting project.Then,the paper introduces specific cases by using case analysis method,and analyzes the application points of BIM Technology in the dynamic cost management of construction general contracting project in each stage.Finally,through the full-text research,this paper obtains the application of BIM Technology in the dynamic cost control of each stage of the construction general contracting project,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward the matters needing attention in the application of BIM Technology in combination with the basic situation of the current construction general contracting,so as to make the benefits of BIM Technology in the dynamic cost control of the construction general contracting project play to the extreme.This paper analyzes the cost control of BIM Technology in each stage of the construction general contracting project,summarizes the application research of Bim in each stage,analyzes the advantages of BIM Technology,and puts forward the matters needing attention in the application of this new technology.BIM can better optimize the construction management of the construction general contracting project,strengthen the cost management of the construction general contracting project,so as to promote the wide application of BIM Technology in the construction industry in the engineering system.
