Liquid-storage tanks are the basic equipment of the development of petroleum and natural gas, and the important equipment of energy exploiture, reproduction and provision. Because most of them are flammable and exploded-prone medium deposited in containers, once the earthquake occurred, the consequence is serious, and it can cause much worse second disaster, which can lead to the destruction of the survival environment and huge expense of national economy and production. Strong earthquake observatory and earthquake disaster results show that the earthquake is a multi-dimensional random vibration. It not only has the horizontal and vertical of three orthogonal level-moving components, but also with rotational components. At present, domestic and foreign researchers on the study isolation technology at the horizontal isolation in the pure, three-dimensional seismic isolation research of horizontal isolation at the same time vertical isolation mainly concentrated in reactor, a small number of houses and bridge structure, and stand storage tank used for the three-dimensional isolator-damping device of no relevant reports.The thesis for stand steel storage tank, considering 3D seismic impact, design and finite element analysis of 3D base isolation device and simplify analysis of three-dimensional base isolation system of stand steel storage tank are carried through. The research mainly includes the following parts:(1) Evolution and development of the seismic design thought of the structure, as well as the development of base isolation device are summarized. Mainly focuses on the development of base isolation of the stand storage tank, its existing deficiencies are pointed out. Control thinking of three-dimensional isolation is introduced; the main content in the paper is presented.(2) The design theory research of three-dimensional ring bearings: A fan central lead-rubber-3D disc spring bearings are raised, a comprehensive theoretical research of its design is carried through, and the design method of 3-D ring isolation is given out.(3) Mechanical properties numerical simulation of fan central lead-laminated-rubber bearings: fan central lead-rubber bearings model is designed, its dynamic load simulation is carried through by using finite element analysis software ANSYS, the impact of factors of isolation layer stiffness and damping are given out, and reliability of bearings design theory and methods is proved. (4) 3D isolated structure simplified mechanical model dynamic response analysis of stand steel storage tank: three-dimensional base isolation structure simplified mechanical model of liquid tank is established, and the earthquake response of 3D isolation structure of liquid tank by adopting time-history analysis method and SRSS method is caculated.(5) Conclusion: the results of research in this paper are systematic summarized and the further research in depth content closely related to the work of this paper is proposed.
