Research On Expert System Of Planetary Gear Drive Mechanism Design

The planetary gear drive mechanism has bigger move ratio, more high-efficiency and structure tightly packed, ability to realize moving of cent road, to change spread to move, can decelerate, increase speed, synthesize sport and resolve sport etc., has already acquired in various machine and the machine equipments extensively. But its type is more, design program is not normal, design process is complicated, and at choice of relevant parameter, it is hard to get the best project. For making design program normal, simple turn, parameter turn, exalting design efficiency, assuring design quality. It is extremely necessary to carry on the research of the planetary gear drive mechanism design expert system.This paper elaborates basic principle of application expert system to carry on planetary gear drive mechanism design. Elaborates the system structure constitute, work process, main function, realization means and methods etc.This thesis, which develops and runs on Windows 2000 professor system,which uses Delphi7 and Visual C++ 6.0 as the integration development environment and AutoCAD2004 as parametric drawing system platform. The thesis carry on research of planetary gear drive mechanism design expert system by using CAD technique, this paper can complete the following design work:1) To normalize planetary gear drive mechanism design program, to realize computer assistance design among person and machine with each other;2) To realize selecting type of planetary gear drive mechanism by computer automatically;3) In the foundation of typing, to realize optimization design of various basic planetary gear drive mechanism;4) In the foundation of above-mentioned optimization design, to apply CAD technique, to modify and form spare parts diagram and assemble diagram according to design data, develop planetary gear drive mechanism drawing software, and form the perfect planetary gear drive mechanism design expert system.
