After kinds of dynamic optimum design and tests done on two types of prototypes of double crank four-ring-plate-type pin-cycloidal gear planetary drive, which are the one driven by two motors and the one that include three involutes gears, we got the conclusion that every aspect of performance indexes of the former are all satisfied with the national quality standards on some related products, but the later still needs further improvement. The prototype driven by two motors may have chance of being used in every mechanical area, thus we need to realize its serialization design. To avoid the quantity of repeated work, we need to realize the parameterization on engineering drawings. This can also improve the optimum design efficiency of the related type of prototypes, because most of the parts involved in kinds of double crank ring-plate-type pin-cycloidal gear planetary reducers have the same structure.Traditional CAD software do not support parameterization design, thus Pro/ENGINEER and its secondary developing bag Pro/TOOLKIT are used in this thesis for its technology in parameterization and database. With them we realize the parameterization of engineering drawings by means of the parameterization design of three dimensional models. The work done in this thesis is the following three aspects:Firstly, to analyze the essence of parameterization design used in Pro/ENGINEER according to the main idea and the essence of parameterization design, and then to establish three-dimensional models for parts included in the reducer. After that, we need to set user-parameters for standard parts and non-standard parts according to different principles, and to establish relationships between user-parameters and model-dimensions, in order to drive models with user-parameters.Secondly, to realize parameterization design for complicated parts, we make a interfacial parameterization design program with VC++ and Pro/TOOLKIT, which can run in Pro/ENGINEER and be controlled with menu added by us. The technology of graphical user interface improves the ability to express model parameters, and solves the bottleneck of limited ability in parameters expression of Pro/ENGINEER, thus making the parameterization design possible for complicated parts.Finally, to set the drawing environment of Pro/ENGINEER by using system configuration file and drawing configuration file, then applying it to drawing templates established according to metric standards. By using kinds of skills, we created drawings satisfied with national standards as much as possible with templates for parameterized models done before. By means of full correlation in database of Pro/ENGINEER, we finally realize the parameterization design of drawings with the help of parameterization design of models.
