Takes the 2Z-X planetary-gear transmission as research object, apply the theory of mechanical transmission and design, introduces kinematic and dynamic analysis of planetary gear and puts forwards the establishment method of parameterized model of 2Z-X planetary-gear transmission device and parts. Combined with the specific structure of belt conveyor controlled speed device, this paper focuses on how to choose the independent parameters and the process information of parameterized model, and provides the theoretical basis for parameter optimization of planetary-gear device and computer-aided of drawing.By analyzing the design and calculation process of planetary-gear device, provides the digital method to table and chart empirical data in the gear design and calculation, and the process of getting empirical data automatically in the computer optimization calculation, then combines the parameterized model and design calculation, chooses the design variables, established the mathematical model for optimal design of planetary-gear transmission mechanism. Take the belt conveyor controlled speed device as example, and take the minimum volume of planetary-gear transmission device as objective function, through the enumeration method, to optimizing the parameter of planetary-gear transmission device, to achieve the optimal parameters and get empirical data automatically in the computer optimization calculation.Based on belt conveyor controlled speed device, analysis the drawing characteristic of the various parts of the planetary-gear device, sum up the graphic elements and process information included in the mechanical parts drawing, then proposed the included subroutines and the implementation methods of the parameterized drawing software, laid the foundations for drawing subroutines.Based on programming language Visual Basic 6.0, in the light of the characteristics of Auto CAD script file, write the optimization calculation of planetary-gear transmission mechanism parameters and drawing program. To the belt conveyor controlled speed device whose input power of 130 kw, input speed of 1440r/min, output rotational speed is 60r/min, this paper carries out parts parameters optimization for it, and generates its script files automatically, then run the script in the Auto CAD drawing software for generating the working drawing, completed a computer-aided design from the parameter optimization to drawing. To illustrate that the parameter optimization of planetary-gear transmission and the parametric method of parts are feasible, providing certain references for computer-aided design from the parameter optimization to drawing.
