According to the principle of highway road mill machine and mature technology of tunnel loader,propose the plan of develop the tunnel ripping machine,the work installment——mill drum of this machine becomes the most important part to research. The mill drum composes cut,mill rotor and so on,the cut and mill rotor as the main component of the mill drum immediate influence the mill drum's working efficiency.In this article get the reasonable mill cut through setting up the mechanical model,mechanical analysis and finite element analysis,at the same time carry on the mode analysis for mill cut and mill rotor.Develop the reasonable tunnel ripping machine based on the design and analysis of mill drum.In this article we also realize the parametric design of mill drum because of the different space dimension of tunnel,in order to adapt to the different work environment.The successfully research of tunnel ripping machine can solve the problem of manual work such as high intensity,low working efficiency impact on the natural production.We can reduce working intensity,enhance working efficiency if the tunnel ripping machine will be researched successfully,can increase the modern production of tunnel,and have the important signification for the work safety in tunnel.The work installment as the main component of tunnel ripping machine,its design's fit and unfit have immediately influence for the whole research of tunnel ripping machine.Establish the three-dimensional parametric model of work installment using the three-dimensional parametric software——Pro/Engineer,analysis the statics of mill cut using analysis software ANSYS,which provide the basis for the cut structure optimization design and material choice;get the natural frequency and the mode of vibration of cut and mill rotor through mode analysis for cut and mill rotor which provide the basis for rotor speed's choice,simultaneously for next step to carry on dynamics analysis of mill drum.
