Main drive bearing for shield machine (TBM),with mechanical-electric- hydraulic-numerical control-computer integration technique, is the most advanced high-tech equipment specialized in construction of large-scale tunnel projects and as a modern large-scale tunneling equipment in factory tunneling work, it can accomplish cutting, transportation of rock and soil and lining support, improvement of geology, rectification guidance and so on.Although research on tunnel boring machine in China is started in 1960s, the development is far more behind the developed countries. It is widely used in the middle of 1990s."Blowout"phenomenon appears in 21th century, especially in the recent years.Currently, research on spindle of tunnel boring machine field is very weak. We depend much on imported products and do not possess proprietary intellectual property rights and key technology which restricts design, manufacture and maintenance. So it is necessary and urgent to carry out theoretical analysis and structure analysis on main bearing of tunnel boring machine.The main bearing on tool disc driving system in tunneling mechanism is a key part in key component. The condition of spindle work will effect on moving stability, size consistency of tool disc and tool tip, and may lead serious sequent in service life, construction speed, and may make it do not work.The paper originated from the project of"FEA on integrated masterdrive bearing of tunnel boring machine"drawn up by Shenyang Heavy Industry and designing institute of Jilin university is written on key technological problem in design and manufacture of tunnel boring machine in China. This project makes loading analysis of materdrive bearing of tunnel boring machine and researches on boundary condition, loading method and equivalent calculation method of load capacity of masterdrive bearing in integrated FEA.It makes analysis first on blue print design including system composition and function, structure of masterdrive bearing, effect of function specification, structure classification and select, design request, structure instruction and select during prior period analysis.And then, analyses on stress, strain and distortion of key part based on loading capacity, service life, and sealing character directed effected by distortion and rigidity of materdrive bearing.By analysis, conclusion has been drawn of this paper:Working load do not lead invalidation of structure static rigidity.Equivalent stress caused by axial thrust force is bigger than that caused by torque.The reason of invalidation of materdrive bearing caused by bigger local squeezing stress of materdrive bearing will be destroy of fatigue invalidation of structure wearing.This project accomplishes integrated analysis on rigidity and intensity, and insures running reliability in design respect. At the same time, it makes analysis on local contacting stress and finds the local stress and distribution rule.This paper, combining 863 plan project for Experimental Bench for Tunnel Boring Machine and is base on the project of"FEA on integrated masterdrive bearing of tunnel boring machine"cooperated by Shenyang Heavy Industry and designing institute of Jilin university.This research content and analysis method is of great importance in researching this type of new product and localization of tunnel boring machine, and it is practically significant for the develop trend of chasing super large, super heavy super high in mechanism equipment in China.
