Electric heating boilers convert electrical energy into heat energy as cleanenvironmentally friendly boiler with many other types of boilers can not have the advantagesof hot water supply and heating equipment is widely used in hospitals, schools, hotels, bathand other places. Its temperature is a time-varying delay, nonlinear parameter controlalgorithm to control the general effect is not ideal, so the research on advanced controlalgorithms necessary.In this study, the configuration software to complete the system I/O configuration, theconfiguration control scheme, industrial flowcharting, report configuration, etc.; PLCcontroller set up as a field of electric heating boiler DCS control system. DCS systems analysisand comparison of conventional PID control and fuzzy control control effect and proposeimprovement program that fuzzy-PID control algorithm and simulation control compared withconventional PID control and fuzzy-PID control results in MATLAB. In order to overcome thelag line system will be introduced to the prediction model of the fuzzy-PID feedback loopdesign forecasting model based on fuzzy-PID control algorithm, the use of predictive modelsto predict future system output time and the predicted output as the fuzzy controller input,using fuzzy rules online adjust the control parameters of the PID controller. Simulation inMATLAB fuzzy-PID control and fuzzy-PID control algorithm based on predictive models andcompare control. Finally, advanced control algorithms to achieve both in the Siemens PLCprogramming, commissioning and associated controlled trial.The results showed that, regardless of the MATLAB simulation process or in the practicalapplication of PLC, based on fuzzy-PID control and fuzzy-PID system prediction model weresignificantly higher than conventional PID system change: faster response, smaller overshoot,settling time and more short, higher accuracy and stability, anti-interference ability, reflectingthe quality of advanced control algorithms. Meanwhile, the test results also confirmed that thefuzzy-PID control system based on predictive model has more advantages than the fuzzy-PID system.
