Today emission regulation and fuel economy are increasingly stringent, so the technology of diesel engines must be developed. High pressure electronically controlled fuel injection system is the key technology that meet increasingly stringent emission regulation. MeUn and PCV have very important function in whatever the real high pressure common-rail fuel injection system or the test bench of high pressure common-rail fuel injection system. The design of PSV controller of this research is used in the test bench of high pressure common-rail fuel injection system, It can high precision control the average current of MeUn and the pressure of common rail.This paper introduces the structure of MeUn,PCV and the functional parts of the high-pressure common rail electronic controlled injection system in details. The hydraulic-continuity equations of chambers and the dynamics equations of moving parts in the common rail fuel injection system, mathematical model of the pressure control system and average current of MeUn control system in the high pressure common-rail fuel injection simulation system in this paper.Aiming at the characteristics of the controlled objects, the closed-loop control to the common rail pressure and average current of MeUn is carried out by fuzzy self-adjusting PID. The core CPU is selected as DSP TMS320LF2407 which is manufactured by Texas Instruments company, and at last completed the hardware design. Used CCS compiling environment and assembly language, It completed the software design. The effectual measures on anti-interference are taken in hardware and software for the stability and reliability of the system.At last, this paper do summery about hardware and software debugging work. And we can see from the experiment result and data throughout the paper,the controller can attain on the expected effect.
