Hydraulic system has been widely used by its excellence such as high power-mass ratio. The performance of hydraulic system can be identified by dynamic testing. Research and development of universal dynamic test platform of hydraulic system can play an important role in designing, analyzing and improving of hydraulic system. Applying simulation technique to the process of testing research on hydraulic system not only reduce the cost of manpower,material and financial resources in actual test, but also can predict and optimize the tested system before test.In this paper, dynamic simulation of hydraulic system is studied using EASY5 software on the background of the actual dynamic test platform of hydraulic system, which is one part of the major project"Exploitation on Dynamic Performance of Testing Platform for Hydraulic System in Construction Machinery". The main research work carried out as follow:1.Based on depth understanding of the composition and function of the dynamic testing platform of hydraulic system, the mathematical model of basic hydraulic component in system is analyzed, adopting analytical method deduced second order simplified transfer function model of proportional relief valve which is an important pressure control component in system. Simulation module of proportional relief valve is constructed.2.The simulation model of two-way cartridge valve and its direction control loop are established by using basic hydraulic blocks in advanced hydraulic library of EASY5. The simulation model of pilot proportional relief valve is established by using components in general purpose library through the simplified transfer function model.3.Accomplish the simulation model of the whole system and design the validate method of experiment. Adjust the simulation parameters through the comparison of simulation results and experimental results. The simulation results and the experimental results can achieve anastomose in all working condition.4. When the flow is a constant values through the function of steady state scan, the changes of pipe diameter's impact to the system steady is analyzed. Finding the optimal project of the pipe diameter, this affords theoretical reference of optimizing the actual experiment.5.As the lower control precision and longer transition in pressure control of close loop, applying PID to improve the control system, the quality of control precision and transition become better. And the PID parameters afford some reference in optimizing the actual control system.In summary, this paper set up a successful simulation model of dynamic test platform of hydraulic system, and the simulation model has validated with the actual physics testing system. The research results will not only be used in dynamic simulation and semi-physical simulation of hydraulic system in construction machinery, but also be afforded theoretical foundation in improving and optimizing the test platform of hydraulic system. The method has important guiding significance in other engineering experiment of hydraulic system.
