The thesis mainly discusses the Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) supporting system based on the analyzing and disposing the data from sequenced detection. Based on the actual state of equipments maintenance of domestic and foreign electricity power enterprise, especially on the studying of the state of the domestic, the problem of how to use the dada from sequenced detection for the implanting of CBM, is put forward in this thesis.Firstly, the thesis introduces the maintenance systems, and mainly introduces CBM, the most popular maintenance system, including the concept, the basic steps and the strategies of implanting, the technology about it. Then it illustrates the relationship of the CBM and sequenced detection, a part of CBM, and points out that the data from sequenced detection is very valuable for the CBM at the same time. Because of the feature of the data from sequenced detection, the thesis puts forward adopting the technology of Dada-Mining (DM) for disposing the data.By introducing and analyzing the theory and the technologies about DM, especially the method of the regression analysis for prognosticating, and the fuzzy mathematics including the basic concepts, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the fuzzy discriminating, the thesis discusses the common process and method of the CBM supporting system based on the analyzing and disposing the data from sequenced detection using DM. Later, the thesis dissertates the data pretreatment, the creating of repository, the establishment of mathematics model and the expressing of the results. In the part of disposing data, the thesis focuses on the methods and models of the condition evaluating, fault mode discriminating and parameter prognosticating.In addition, the thesis introduced the ideology and flow of the CBM supporting system based on the reliability theory. And it designed the structure of the system, including the interface with the sequenced detection system, the system framework and the function module. The CBM supporting system offers a feasible way of implementing CBM in power plant, by adopting mixed mode of B/S and C/S, and applying the technologies of database, network and ASP. The system has been applied in ShaJiao C Power Station and has brought some effect.Finally, the thesis summarizes the studies and puts forward problems for further studies.
