A Study Of Condition-based Maintenance For HP983 Medium Speed Mills Of Milling System In Coal-burning Power Station

Power enterprise usually adopts break-down maintenance and time-based maintenance policy to maintain and repair power equipment.Traditional maintenance system and method is immoderate and limited,can't accommodate with modern power units especially big power units.Modern power enterprise starts to implemente condition-based maintenance for power equipments。The thesis at first introduces basic theory of mill and coal powder,including all kinds of mill and their structure ,characteristic,principle, especially HP983 medium speed mill,expatiates influence on mill from coal powder,tells method and process of power equipment condition-based maintenance, technology sustenance and implementing policy, designing thought and flow structure of condition-based maintenance software aided system ,then according to performance analysis result of HP983 mill,structure reforming and experiment of fault distinguishing and diagnosis,concludes all parts of fault mode of HP983 medium speed mill,brings forward a whole scheme about condition-based maintenance of HP983 medium speed mill in coal-burning power station,including basic principle,precondition in software and hardware,final target of mill condition-based maintenance ,sequenced detection technical standard based on the structure of mill, obtaining method of mill state parameters, the analysis of sequenced detection data and the appraisal and the finding of current mill condition , the forecasting of condition trend ,fault diagnosis,maintenance strategy arithmetic and decision-making deducing process.To enhance software function of equipment management information system, mill condition-based maintenance software aided system is developed,it can save mill condition data into equipment information management platform,through mill software module to analysis sequenced detection data and automaticly give the appraisal of current mill condition , the forecasting of condition trend ,fault diagnosis,maintenance strategy and decision-making suggestion for mill technician as a reference to decide whether to start mill condition-based maintenance.Finally, the thesis summarizes the studies and puts forward problems for further studies.
