The temperature of biomass fuel usually does not exceed 1000℃. If the question can be resolved , biomass will be widely used in industry fields. So the increase in the combustion temperature is the most important scientific task in the use of biomass energy.Through increasing the rate of oxygen in the air ,the target of combustion in the high temprature can be achieved. After fine broken of biomass, according to the principle of dust explosion, the combustion efficiency of biomass will be increased, Also it will be conducive to achieving solid biomass fuels fluidization, which will make biomass fuels easy to transport and control just like oil and gas. On this basis, improving the rate of oxygen in the air can accomplish the combustion of high efficiency.The subject used thermogravimetric to analyze the combustion characteristics of biomass powder at different rates under the conditions of oxygen-rich.Come to the following conclusions : oxygen-rich enable the biomass powder combustion completed in the lower temperature zone, the full combustion of biomass is impacted greatly by the oxygen-rich. Along with the increase in oxygen concentration, the lower the temperature enough to satisfy the stability of biomass burning, meanwhile the activity of biomass powders is strengthened.Make sure the optimum parameters, such as particle size, powder concentration, feeding and the rate of oxygen-rich. When the particle size is 0.177mm (80 mesh), the combustion of biomass powders is the most reasonable. The most appropriate concentration of powder is 260g/m3.The best feeding is 260g/min. When the rate of oxygen enrichment is more than 35%, the trend of increasing slow down . When the rate of oxygen-rich attend to40%, the temperature is up to 1600℃.Make use of multiple devices of different to analyze smoke components and combustion ash under different rates of oxygen-rich.
