Study On Design Method Of Wet Dual Clutch Automated Transmission

The Dual Clutch Transmission(DCT)emerged on Europe in ninety years telophase of twenty century. It is is another new type of Automated Transmission after Automatic Transmission(AT), Automated Mechanical Transmission (AMT),Continuously Variable Transmission(CVT). DCT duo to Mechanical Transmission.So it inherits the advantage of conventional AMT and has excellent launch and shift quality and launch and receive quickly development. The research of DCT is at the beginning stage in China,but it come in for prodigious recognition because it has excellent quality and good inherit quality of manufacture equipment.So we believe DCT must be has favorable foreground of development.This thesis begin from structure of DCT, analyze the structure and working elements of DCT systematically and generally,and frame a suit of design approach and principle of structure and dimension. The following subjects are studied:analyze the structure and working elements of DCT system.analyze and compare different structure of DCT,and find the structure peculiarity, working elements and applying principle.analyze the structure of the wet dual clutch and the transmission With Two Input Shafts. frame a suit of design method and principle of structure and dimension of the wet dual clutch and the transmission With Two Input Shafts.design a DCT on base of the parameter of one saloon car and design approach that had framed.the result is accord with the fact.So I think the design approach that this thesis has framed.
