Research And Application On The Environment Protection And Energy Saving Roof Structure System For Houses In Rural Area

It is the most important thing to solve "San Nong" problems for our country. China is an agriculture country, and more than eighty millian people live in the countryside. So the rural residence construction is important. In the construction on socialist new countryside, the way of rural residence construction should be brought forth new ideas. People also should explore the residential development model of energy and land saving. It should be done to construct the comfortable residences of complete functions, perfect facilities and beautiful environment.In the whole building's structure system, the roof structure system plays a role in the connection between upside and underside. Thus, it is very valuable to research the roof structure system of houses in rural area on environment protection and energy saving for perfetting energy-saving technology system of houses and improving housing leval of comfortable residence.In this paper, the design of the roof chooses the steel structure system. The truss's calculation and analysis applies the ANSYS software and the calculation method on structural optimization. Loading experiments of trusses are done. Finally, some conclusions are found. Firstly, during the whole analysis and calculation of trusses, the chosen model in ANSYS software is suitable and displacement and stress coincide with the practical ones nearly. Secondly, different kinds of trusses have different advantages, so users can choose the conformable one based on actual situations. Furthermore, in this paper, some tables are made by plenty of calculations and on the basis of the calculation method on structural optimization. Users can choose structure members from the tables according to actual situations when size of buildings and usages of roofs are provided. That are very convenient for the design and construction. And that can save time and increase efficiency.Therefore, this paper tells structural forms and calculation methods on the roof structrue system of houses in rural area and provides applied tables. Significant work is done in this paper for the construction on the socialist new countryside.
