Skylines are built above the sky-protective base, which poses discuss-worthy problems :how to deal with the base of the buildings characterized by ground over safe hole?, what kind of change does the after-processing base undergo? What method is more suited for sinking computation of the kind?The paper is based the facts on the ground to make a comparative research of the sinking composite base of skyscraper, and to answer the questions posed by the subject by using sinking computational and observational theory of base.The author come to conclusions that the base-processing is reasonable, and the final sinking amount computation and the data from three observational sites are both imprecise. Whereas, Egorov method is closer to field measurements.The computation of amount in compression and stress of the bottom of base subjected to different loads adopted addition method that proved to be reasonable, referent point assumed the form water-line network, and error of margin was balanced so that the precision is good, which provides favorable conditions for the comparison between the computation values and measured values...
