Study On The Safety Management Of Highway Construction

China's rapid economic development,is closely connected with the development of transportation.Compared with the rapid construction of the highway,the highway construction in our country did not keep up with the pace of development of safety management,safety accidents occur frequently.Highway construction cycle is long,wide noodles,point,line length,more affected by the natural environment.There are a lot of difficulties in the Highway construction safety management,such as long construction period,construction personnel and the mobility of work place,the complex of environment,the different of construction personnel quality,the source of danger is variety(mechanical equipment,materials,etc.),cross-operation of various processes.Therefore,we need to combine practice and theory research,to promote effective development of safety management.Analyzed the problems existing in the highway construction safety management in our country,draw lessons from foreign experience of developed countries,establish scientific management system and evaluation method,to improve safety management level of highway construction,reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,to promote the development of our country road enterprise has very important significance.Through access to relevant data,combining engineering experience,this paper expounds the current highway construction project system composition,the characteristics of highway construction,as well as the types and the causes of safety accidents.Through a lot of research,the establishment of a highway construction safety management organization function system,emergency management system,the safety evaluation system and risk control system,and the four system were studied.Build up a complete set of highway construction safety management evaluation system.Study of emergency management system is mainly from the aspects of prevention,preparedness,response and recovery stage to build? From point,line,face,body four point of view,the study of the construction of organization function system and concrete from responsibility,culture,three aspects in detail construction and coordination,Security risk control system,from two aspects of risk identification process and evaluation method were studied,using LEC evaluation method to evaluate copper large section of the highway construction safety management.Combined with copper large section of the highway construction management,and build a safety assessment index system.By comparing the domestic and foreign advanced safety evaluation method,constructs the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate highway construction safety management,and evaluate the copper large section of the highway construction management.Then according to the evaluation results reasonable safety management countermeasures are put forward.
