China since the mid-1980s to late highway construction into the 1990s, the rapid development of highway construction, road grade increase, in line design can no longer adhere to the "Priority Selection avoid bad" practice it is inevitable that a large numbers of the cutting excavation and the artificial slope are formed, So it is very necessary to evaluate the slope stability especially rock mass slope which is an important issue affecting the engineering construction and safe operation, and slope monitoring is one of the most important means to ensure safety, slope instability forecasting and understanding of slope instability mechanism.The dynamic monitoring and pre-warning systems for Yuqian expressway slope is a day-to-day monitoring system based on unequal interval gray system GM (1, 1) model that set integrated monitoring and pre-warning. Users will get two major functions, one as a database management system, user can use a variety of ways to entry new monitoring information, can also query and retrieve historical monitoring information and analyze measuring point's monitoring data ,combine slope geological information together for a comprehensive provide for analysis and evaluation of slope stability; The second is based on the slope displacement forecast early warning function, according to available statistics the number of landslides, Yuqin Expressway specific combination of the hydro-geological conditions, instability set a threshold, can be predicted slope instability.The situation of slope's stability affected by many factors, in order to get as much as possible information of parameters that impact slope's stability and stability characterization parameters of slope's state, as far as possible monitoring multi-parameter, multi-point measurement integrated monitoring, collecting information of multiple parameters, emplacing multi-monitoring instruments formatted a monitoring network.
