Practical Research On Project Management In Design And Process Of Products Of China National Erzhong Group Company

With the advancement and development of the theory of Project Management, the idea of Project Management has been more and more widely spread and even penetrated into many aspects of production and operation activities of corporations. Project Management, as comprehensive embodiment of planning capability, organizing capability and directing capability of a corporation, is in favor of increasing the benefit of the corporation as well as mobilizing all the project members to act positively. As the course of modernization speeds up, the technology of project management up to international standards has begun to be exerted in various industries in China. With the theory and idea of Project Management as its guideline and according to designing and technical features of heavy equipment products, this thesis paper analyzes the methods of Project Management in the design and technical process of products of ETO enterprises through the technology of Project Management, and studies on the detailed working methods and system in the design and technical process of heavy equipment products, with the aim of perfecting organizational and managerial frame of technology of ETO enterprises, improving managerial and operational efficiency, and renewing the technological system in the strategy-oriented value chain of ETO enterprises.With project as the guideline of project manufacturing and on basis of contract order, China National Erzhong Group Company carries out its project manufacturing through accomplishment of designing submission, technical submission, purchasing submission, components submission, assembly submission and service after sale. Therefore, Project Management is one of the most important means of the implementation of product manufacturing. On the basis of the analysis of organizational designing of project, relations between project plan and operational process, relations between project plan and product data, project implementation and alteration, etc., this thesis paper studies in details on segments such as layout of project plan, planned management and content management of project resources, and alteration and control in the process of project implementation. Meanwhile, guided by project management technology in the process of product designing and manufacturing of Erzhong, and in order to achieve flow optimization in the running of contract (i.e. optimization of technical system flow of Erzhong), reduce manufacturing cycle, improve economic and managerial efficiency, this thesis paper advances organizational pattern of management in Erzhong, communication pattern of information, control pattern of object and need, and finally manages to set up a complete model and frame of project management system.To draw a conclusion, on basis of thorough analysis of application status of project management in product design and technical process in China National Erzhong Group Company, this thesis paper made a summary of achievement and shortage of project management exertion in product design and technical process in China Erzhong and finally developed a new method of project management suit to China Erzhong.
