Eco-Harmonious Innovation For New Town Plan And Construction

In the 21st century,Many new development changes make the urbanized advancement fast than before,The new town construction is a important way and a hot spot for new development and the structure adjustment in some super city in china, formulating a kind of important urban development strategy. But in our country the former new town's construction often takes the economical development as the first guiding principle , or takes the transportation development as the first guiding principle,or takes the environment protection absolutely as the first principle. Third from the angle of city system constitution,the article has conducted the ecology-harmonious city's characteristic , thought the ecology-harmonious city is made by the nature harmonious material space,the highly effective economy,the civilization of social system,as well as the ecological equilibrium of nature and so on. The article takes the ecology-harmonious theory as the value orientation , the development targets , the human and the natural relations. Distinguished with the traditional modernization theory,it is one kind of recent development thought,is the modern new town development road which must be taken. Finally,the article has formulated the corresponding urban plan,development strategy and the implementation in view of Kunming's new town. Under the existing system of policy,it causes the city host and spread uncontrolled by the Yunnan Dian lake's environment worsening.The second part elaborated the ecology-harmonious new town's basic concept, discussed the city ecology-harmonious connotation and the basic principle. It's a good way that unifies the human,the society,the natural ecological environment and the new town construction in city's development.The part mainly takes the urban plan of Kunming Chengong New Town as a example,conducted the ecology-harmonious new town plan's method,principle and the strategy concretely in research and elaborated it further.The third part pay more attention on the implementation of the ecology- harmonious new town,especially the time,policy and law,solution of shortage of construction fund,seeks the breakthrough point of construction by unifying the long-term goal and the recent development perfectly,It will realize the eco-harmonious development in new town truly.
