| Substation is a huge system of capital-and technology-intensive industry, in order to prevent unexpected equipment faults and accidents, the need of carrying out regular inspection for substation, inspector patrols in detail along the route the operation of the substation equipment, detect equipment defects and faults in time, and quickly deal with deflects to ensure the normal operation of the substation equipment, and fundamentally improve the operation reliability of power grid to ensure normal supply of energy.However, there are many issues such as man-made factors, the inconvenient management etc. in the traditional manual inspection. In the recent there is a higher information degree of advanced inspection systems such as adopting video monitoring , intelligent robot and so on, but the cost is expensive, difficult to implement and hard to popularize for domestic Power companies.So this paper has developed a based substation inspection system which significantly reduces the labor strength of the inspection staff, achieve paperless office and improve the standardization, information management level. In the terminal inspection, the application of PDA Pocket PC, as well as RFID, GPRS technology, the traditional manual inspection work carried out reform and inspection data in the real-time transmission, greatly enhanced the regulation and accuracy of the inspection work. In the inspection administration center, information management capabilities basic on the consist of the client and server was realized , managers can master the real-time inspection of working conditions base on uploading the PDA inspection data , strengthen supervision of the inspector and quickly and effectively deal with equipment defects. At the same time, managers can be in accordance with their respective rights the query data, enter, update, modify, delete, print statements, statistics, database maintenance, system monitoring and other operations. |
