As the rapid development of modern logistics, mining and other industries, There are more and more A variety of vehicles, large machinery and equipment, Many large domestic freight cars often not required to change the route, speed, oil stealing and other phenomenon. These phenomenon have seriously threatened the economic interests of enterprises. It is necessary to strengthen the real-time monitoring and management of vehicles and cargo in the transportation process. But these vehicles are generally in mobile or remote mining areas, the conventional management tools are difficult to solve these problems. Especially after the vehicles flame out the existing equipment is out of action. It did not solve the real problem. This paper presents a real-time vehicle status monitoring system.First, in order to solve the oil security problem, design a capacitive level sensor real time monitoring data amount of oil can be installed in a large vehicle fuel tank. In case of power down the can also use. Gives the overall design scheme of the whole system, the related technology in detail. At the same time, it also analyzes the working principle of the system, functional module adopted by the comparison and selection.Based on the hardware design, the overall system gives a detailed introduction of the power module, GPS module design, OBD interface circuit design, GPRS module interface design, display screen, indicator light circuit, etc; each module is separately performed functional tests. In terms of software design of the system, According to necessary, Design the oil data, GPS location data, OBD interface access to vehicle data stream information collecting and processing as well as GPRS data remote transmission. Design the upper-computer software based on C/S framework, including two parts, transit server and client. Establishing the GPRS data transceiver connection by the car terminal and monitoring center, and the terminal packs the collected data after processing, and then TCP/IP protocol is sent to a fixed IP address of transit server. Finally, the users can get a real-time monitoring and information management for vehicles through the monitoring data of client access server.In this paper, the design of real-time vehicle monitoring system has achieved real-time remote monitoring of vehicle state, the client can timely alarm and display an abnormal state and the location of the vehicle when the state of the vehicle is abnormal.
