Building Envelope insulation technology is to enhance indoor thermal comfort and reduce building energy consumption. The very important elements are heating (air conditioning) operation mode and regional climate characterized. However, the current national standards in the hot summer and cold winter region ignored the special climate and the air-conditioned indoor intermittent mode, resulted that the insulation technology in the northern South is the same as it in the north. That effected the building energy conservation technology development and the residential energy-saving.Firstly, the essay analyzes building insulation of the external and internal walls of residential widely used at the current and the advantages and disadvantages of the thermal insulation technology. For the hot summer and cold winter living in the building, although there is the thermal bridge envelope structure, the winter temperatures are not low. So the impact on the energy loss is limited. In addition, residents of the indoor temperature is controlled intermittent heating air-conditioning, so the inside insulating layer can be more effective. Therefore, the double-insulation technology envelope structure is fit for the outdoor climate in the hot summer and cold winter region and intermittent air conditioning mode indoor thermal environment.Then, the experiments are thermal testing and computer simulation and analyst theoretical and experimental data. Thermal Test: two identical boundary conditions are used the double insulation technology and external insulation room in the equivalent thermal resistance under several intermittent modes, collect the internal and external surface temperature, heat flux and indoor and outdoor temperature data of the envelope structure in periods of the coldest in the winter and the hottest summer. Computer simulation: establish the programmed of the external insulation, internal thermal insulation and double insulation within the finite difference modes, using MATLAB software establish specific heat transfer model to simulate the outdoor and indoor conditions of the border, under different models to compare the energy consumption. On the one hand, insulation verifies the correctness of the double-insulation, on the other hand, distribute of material thickness and material selection.Finally, it is closed connected with the three disciplines: building technology, architecture and interior design."reduce external-added internal" the principle of double insulation on the application. With the current window expanding and external walls reducing, so the efficiency of outer wall of the insulation is limited. Internal wall insulation is effective to solve the problem. At the same time with the interior decoration of the wall designed to combine and improve the insulation inside the defective design, interior decoration to adapt to the requirements of insulation structure.After the assumption, as well as the theory and careful experiment to prove that the idea of double thermal insulation system is feasible.
