The transportation of vaccines and biopharmaceuticals developed for the epidemic situation have promoted the development of cold chain logistics.As an important part of cold chain logistics,the development of low-temperature incubator is very important.The traditional incubator has some problems,such as the loss of cooling capacity at the edges and corners,and the transportation time can not meet the requirements,so it is urgent to develop new incubators.Based on this,this paper proposes to develop a new type of sleeve insulation box.Using the methods of experiment and simulation,firstly,the heat transfer model of the commercial incubator is established by using ANSYS fluent simulation software,and its accuracy is verified.Then,for the new sleeve incubator,the structure and insulation layer of the incubator are studied by using the method of numerical simulation;Finally,by comparing with the traditional incubator,the performance of the sleeve incubator is analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Taking the existing commercial incubator as the research object,the thermal insulation effect of the incubator is studied through the combination of experiment and simulation.Through the comparison between experiment and simulation,the temperature value and temperature change law of the experimental results and simulation results are basically consistent,and the maximum error is 8%,which confirms the reliability of the model and provides support for the follow-up simulation.(2)A sleeve insulation box is designed and developed.The effects of the number,thickness and installation sequence of the insulation layer on its insulation performance are simulated and studied.It is found that when the installation sequence of the insulation layer is from outside to inside and the thermal conductivity is from small to large,the insulation effect of the insulation box is the best,and the maximum internal temperature is 25.6℃;The installation sequence with the worst insulation effect is that the thermal conductivity of the insulation layer from outside to inside is from large to small,and the maximum internal temperature is 27℃.The total heat transfer resistance of the incubator under different installation sequences of the insulation layer is calculated.The calculation results show that when the insulation layer is installed according to the thermal conductivity of the insulation material from outside to inside,the total heat transfer resistance of the incubator is the largest,and the total heat transfer resistance is 2.42 m~2K/W;The total heat transfer resistance of the incubator under the worst installation sequence is 2.08 m~2K/W.(3)The installation sequence of the insulation layer of the new sleeve insulation box is determined.The insulation box adopts double insulation layers.The inner insulation layer is polyurethane insulation board with a thickness of 3 mm,and the outer insulation layer is vacuum insulation board with a thickness of 17 mm.(4)The thermal insulation performance of the two incubators is compared and analyzed.Under the conditions of external temperature of 20℃,25℃,30℃,35℃and 40℃,the thermal insulation effect of the new incubator is significantly better than that of the commercial incubator,and the thermal insulation effect is increased by 12.5%,17.8%,8.7%,7.4%and 5.6%respectively.
