Motorcycle frame which owes complicated force conditions is the key-part of motorcycle,it needs not only high strength and stiffness, but also lightness to enhance the dynamic performance, so analyzing motorcycle frame system's strength and optimizing its construction have a vital practice meanings, which will effectively guidance new products design, reduce the product development cycle, and improved marketing competition of enterprise.This thesis discussed motorcycle frame's current research both at home and abroad, aimed at the exist problems and factory's current conditions of one frame in a motorcycle factory , combined finite element method and experimentation to analysis and vilify its strength, on this basic, optimized the frame's construction and explored for motorcycle frame design's method. Take certain motorcycle frame as a example, analyzed its running process'force conditions and the principle of establishing the frame's finite element model; utilized the software of HyperMesh to set up frame's finite element model which march the working conditions of fatigue testing machine; ued MSC.Nastran equation solver to analysis its stiffness and strength; adopted MSC.Fatigue to analysis its fatigue strength and estimation its life-span; tested frame on the fatigue testing machine, and validation theoretic model's correction; On these basis, aimed at minimizing frame's weight, taken main parts section dimensions as design variables, used Altair OptiStruct to optimize its constructions so long as the frame satisfied stiffness and strength; Finally, check frmae's stiffness and strength, validated optimization results efficiency.Combined finite element method and experiment to analysis motorcycle's strength and optimization its constructions, we gained motorcycle frame parts'optimization dimensions on the premise of enough stiffness and strength, in this way, it could save materials, reduce cost and stress centralizing, and also will effectively guidance new motorcycle's development, improve domestic motorcycle design level, it owes important theoretic meaning and use value.
