With view to ensuring motorcycle's the qualities of security, stabilization and passage, reducing the cost of motorcycle's development, raising the efficiency of motorcycle's production, decreasing unnecessary number the of model's experiment, the author made the best of the theory of finite element and applied ANSYS to analyzing the motorcycle's frame that it is the primary component leading to motorcycle's inactivation and traffic accident.Basing on the motorcycle's frame mode of Pro/E, making the use of the theory of finite element and applied ANSYS to analyze it, the dissertation include static stress, deformation and dynamic characteristics, analysis' data, and dynamic display. Consequently, according to the analysis' result, the author in search of the key place of dangle stress, presented matters need attention to preventing some problems of design and process' procedure so that it can decrease the dangle stress of key place. Based on the original mode, the author has developed an improved mode and systematically analyzed, achieved the result compared and data improved. By bench's experiment and 16000km road test and measurement, The Quality Measurement Center of ZongShen Motorcycle Limited Company (Ltd.) CiXi ZheJiang Province has certified the author's the results of analysis. The results of analysis can meet the necessity of engineering reality and approximate the experiment's data so that the company used it as motorcycle design and production's criterion to manufacture. The result and method calculated and established in the dissertation can be a reference to help motorcycle designer research and produce KX125T or others motorcycle, and possess of the significance of engineering.
