Mega-frame-tube suspended building that conforms to nature laws is a new kind of structure system. The material strength can be fully used in these structures. Large spase rooms can be realized easily by employing this structure and the contradictory between usable function and structural construction can be well coordinated. Suspended structure system can realize the unity of safety, suitability and beauty, so it is of good benefit to the society and economy.With reasonable choice of suspended mass and number of story, the vibration reduction structure similar to TMD can be designed without additional mass. This paper presents the research on the dynamic behavior and vibration reduction mechanism of mega-frame-tube supended structure by theoretical analysis.Main contents of them are mentioned as follows:1. The dynamical analysis model of mega-frame-tube suspended structure in one section hanger is established. Dynamic equation is derived by Newton's Seconed Law.The effect of the suspended floors, rigidity between frame-tube and suspended floors on structure free vibration is analyzed. The effect of the suspended floors, damping between frame-tube and suspended floors on dynamical characteristic is analyzed.2. The dynamical analyse model of many sections and many floors frame-tube is established.The dynamical equation is gained on the base of the dynamical equation of one section frame-tube suspended structure.The effect of the suspended section and the whole height of suspended structure on structure free vibration are analyzed.3. Three-dimensional finite element analysis is implemented by using the ETABS program to a mega-frame-tube that with suspension and without suspension respectively. The result shows that mega-frame-tube suspended structure has good vibration absorption properties.
