Vehicle rollover leads to traffic accident at a high frequency which threatens people's possession and safety of life severely. How to control this problem has been thought about and researched for a long time, and should be solved eagerlyBase on the literatures of vehicle rollover and flywheel energy storage over the world, a three degree freedom vehicle rollover model is built up. This model of vehicle rollover is simulated using the software of Simulink. After drawing out the parameters of the vehicle rollover from this model, the effects of different roll angles and roll moments to Vehicle rollover have been analyzed.Analyzing the simulation of the course of the vehicle rollover, rollover control is simulated by direct-biggest-moment control, PID control and Fuzzy control using the software of Simulink. The outcomes of controlling, the controlling moments, advantage and disadvantage of the three means are analyzed. Conclusion is drawn that the mean of PID has the rapidest speed, Fuzzy control has the best stability, direct-biggest-moment has the best feasibility in controlling.At last in this thesis, on the base of the simulation and analyzing of the vehicle rollover and controlling, the double flywheels control theory is used, the double flywheels system of vehicle rollover control are designed. the rotate speed, size, mass and so on are thought about at the same time. The stress of the flywheels has been calculated and checked by using FEA software of ANSYS.
