The Design Of Transmission Machine In Energy Memory Of Exercise Body Equipment

This paper designed a kind of memory which installed in equipment for people do exercise. It can transform the energy which from people doing exercise into electric energy and deposited it in an accumulator and use it. So when people doing exercise for health, we can collect energy by this memory. It can helps to saving energy and protect environment.The design of gear transmission machine in energy memory exercise body equipment is very important, it decided the energy transform efficiency of the energy memory.Involute gear train is divided into four cases which are internal or external mesh for speed increase and speed reduction. Accurate equations to calculate reference efficiencies of different cases are derived. Validation of planetary gear train in memory is done. Results after comparison show: efficiency for speed increase is higher than that for speed reduction., Ameliorate the design of the planetary gear train according to the new equations, and increase the efficiencies of planetary gear train.
