Research And Development Of Civil Aero Engine Shop Visit Planning System

The shop visit of civil aeroengine is an important part of its maintenance. Making a proper shop visit planning not only relates to the maintenance cost but also the maintenance degree and performance restoration. The most primary problems of the shop visit are maintenance level decision-making and the maintenance workscope planning. The maintenance workscope is influenced by the maintenance level. The maintenance level and the workscope planning are thoroughly discussed in this paper, so as to make the maintenance level and workscope properly, furthermore, to make a scientific shop visit planning.This thesis includes three main parts, as following: Partâ… , the maintenance level,the workscope are primarily introduced;Partâ…¡, as the key problem of the shop visit planning, the maintenance level is discussed detailedly; In this part, firstly, the method based on Maintenance Planning Guide is introduced, and some contents are researched in detail, such as: rules extraction,rule reasoning and rule matching. Then the method case-based reasoning for maintenance level decision-making of aeroengine is raised; The primary technology related to aeroengine is presented including knowledge representation, case-based construction, case retrieval and case-based maintenance. Partâ…¢, the software system of shop visit planning is designed according to the requirement analysis of Shanghai airlines. This application system is helpful to improve work efficiency and make the scientific and reasonable decisions.
