The Research Of Fault Information Processing System For Protective Relaying In Quzhou

The paper comes from the actual project of establishing fault information processing syetem in quzhou power network . Described the necessity and important meaning of developing the processing system of relay protection. Have analyzed the question existing in the relay protection management.To solve these limitation, this devotes to the implementation of fault information processing system for power grids,the architecture of fault information processing system and the hardware composing of sub-station and master-station are proposed.The IEC60870-5-103 standard is applied to the data transmission.The paper emphasizes on researching the performances of data transmission in real-time and reliability based on TCP/IP.At last,the conventional and advanced applications of fault information processing system are discussed.
