With the exploitation of renewable energy and low quality heat energy, and the development of modern comfortable building technology and the reform of the heat charging system in China, low-temperature hot water floor radiant heating system has been widely used in the building due to its good thermal comfort, high energy efficiency and convenience for individual room regulation and household metering. However, there are many technical problems in the application.Based on the previous research, this paper provided a new type floor construction of floor radiant heating system. The studies can provide a reference for the development and application of floor radiant heating technology.Aiming at the new type hot water floor heating structure, a heat transfer mathematics model was set up, and limited unit numerical simulating procedures (ANSYS) was employed to calculate and analyze the temperature distributions, heat flow and heat loss under the condition of the different water temperature, air temperature, pipe pitch and the thickness of aluminum foil. This paper reformed a new type floor radiant heating experiment system. The flow velocity, resistance, the surface temperature distribution and heat flow were tested. The maximum heat flow in the unit floor surface and the unit water temperature was determined. This paper also made an economic analysis of a new type floor heating structure compared with common-used wet heating floor structure. We select a good economy option depending on the floor structure and the market price of materials. The studies show that the new type floor radiant heating system has the following technical advantages: well temperature distributed, high thermal flow in the unit area and small heat loss. The new floor has no concrete, so decrease the floor load and simply the construction. The new type floor radiant heating system has obvious economical advantages.
