Low-temperature radiant floor heating is a kind of new-style heating mode which is comfortable, energy-saving, environmental protection. This heating mode has been widely applied in abroad. But in China it remains to be further popularization. The low-temperature radiant floor heating system of heat transfer performance is fully analyzed in this thesis. And more detailed theory simulation and experimental study has been carried out. It provides a good theory for the radiant floor heating technology popularization and application. The paper has three aspects content as follows:1. After a wide range of reading domestic and foreign literatures, floor structure layer two-dimensional steady mathematical model has been established. The mathematical model is solved with the finite element method. Then the simulation analysis of the floor structure layer heat transfer process are been engaged by ANSYS. The floor surface temperature and heat flux in different conditions has been resulted. 2. The main parameters that influent the floor surface heat release include: the average supply and return temperature, row spacing, surface decoration materials, heating tube diameter and filling layer thickness. After the simulation analysis, it reaches a conclusion that when the tube diameter size is 20 millimeter and filling thickness is 50 millimeter, the average supply and return temperature should be between 35 and 40 Celsius and the row spacing should be between 150 and 250 millimeter.3. The temperatures of the room space and floor surface have been tested. The interior space gas temperature distribution has been analyzed. Computation results compare with the testing results. The results indicate that relative error of model is less than 5%. It verifies that the simulation results are correct.It can reach a conclusion that low-temperature radiant floor heating is energy-saving and comfortable. The system has very broad application prospect in the developing low carbon economy era. It is a kind of heating system with developing prospects and high value of popularization.
